VOLUNTEER PRODUCTiON.

So far, I've gotten most of the things I had to get done to begin volunteering at Virtua Hospital. I was required to get a PPD test, have papers filled out by both my guidance and doctor, parent permission slip form, and fill out the application. The last and final thing that I have to do is get a photo ID. I have to go get that done at one of the Virtua career centers. Hopefully, I can get that done some time this week. I have off of work today so I was hoping I could go today, but when I looked at the paper I was given to schedule the photo, I read that they do not take photos on Mondays. I guess I'm going to have to try to either go tomorrow before I go to work or I can go either Wednesday or Thursday because I have off both days because I want to see the play (which I'm very excited for). I had no idea that I was going to have to get all of these things done. I feel like I'm never going to be able to start. When I learned about the tuberculosis test, I began to wonder why I didn't have to get one where I worked at. I work in a grocery store surrounded by food and loads of different people. Germs are spread everywhere, TB is spread from inhaling mucus and can be passed on by breathing in the air from a person who is infected with it. I think ther tuberculosis is a very serious disease and needs to be taken seriously not only to protect the people who have it, but the people that are around them on a daily basis.
