SPONSOR MEETiNG.

Yesterday, I went to go see my sponsor. I've been trying for the last week to set up a meeting with her and I finally did! She told me we could meet at 2:30 and so we did. When I got there, the stupid desk ladies told me she stepped out and told me to wait. After an HOUR of waiting, I finally decided that we could reschedule and meet on Thursday. The first lady that was there left while I was waiting and the lady that replaced her went to see if my sponsor was in her office and SHE WAS THERE THE ENTIRE TIME! I was highly upset, but after talking to her I was fine. She showed me around, where to sign in, gave me the polo (now I have to wear one for school, work, AND VOLUNTEERING. GREAT!) I have to wear, and showed me where I would have to go, and introduced me to some of the people in the Radiology section. They were all unbelievably nice. I'm excited to start there. She also had some bad, but at the same time good news for me. She told me that because the ultrasound department is small and that there is another student there, I wouldn't be able to just stay in that department. Instead, I get to touch every aspect of Radiology! I'm actually happier about that because now I get to experience all of the different types of machines and see how they work. So, now I'm going to be going there on Fridays from 2 o'clock to 6. They only require 4 hours a week so that's even greater because it won't interfere too much with my work schedule. :)
